  A "network state" is a concept developed by Balaji Srinivasan, an entrepreneur and investor, which refers to a new kind of society or nation that is organized primarily through digital means rather than traditional geographic borders. The idea is outlined in his book, The Network State: How to Start a New Country . Key Features of a Network State: Digital First : Unlike traditional nation-states, which are defined by physical borders, a network state is primarily digital. It begins as an online community that gradually builds up influence, resources, and recognition. Shared Values and Goals : A network state is formed around a common vision or shared values among its members.   What happens when you realize your ideal place does not exist in SL?  Well you build it of course and that is exactly what Jisset, founder and builder of Nymph Cove did and we are going to delve into her inspiration and reasons in further detail. It is important to note that while the majority of the content we write about for LGH is PG. Jisset and Nymph Cove present a challenge, Nymph Cove is very much a Disneyesque Adult Wonderland, as you get to know it's Host Jisset, you soon discover that what might make others blush, if for her normal and very natural behavior.   Sometimes finding someone's heart to tip them back is very easy.  Sometimes its exceptionally difficult.  There is a VERY easy method to doing it though, and I have seen people giving out the instructions for it.  Sadly, as I discussed with Loverly, by the time I get to the second sentence in those instructions...my brain starts bleeding.  Loverly very kindly shared with me a streamlined instructional and I'm sharing here with all of you! First at the top menu bar go to World, Area Search, click the Filters Tab and then follow these pictures: Note that in the above picture Attachments are unchecked in the bottom half and then checked in the top half In the above picture we have clicked on the Find tab and typed in Heart and then after that you hit enter of course And like magic the box fills with the listings of people and their hearts!  Simply pick a line and right click and Touch and you can tip people easily!   Usually while fishing people are fairly quiet, however some days you might TP somewhere and find yourself in the midst of a party hurricane! Ender battling the balloons so he could fish.  I think he had fun! Our new Queen Kelly fishing with Takarra and BellaLuna...really they're in there! Taking photos this day was a alot of fun, even if I cannot see the names of all the people who were there! Sometimes we just have to stop and POP the balloons! This party was at Skar's, it was a birthday party for Yatoula!

My next Spotlight is no stranger to gracing the podium on a regular basis and is definitely considered LGH fishing royalty!   With an overall rank of 3 and over 26 MILLION in XP,  if she isn't one of the Queen's of Fish Hunt then she is surely a Princess... and looks like one as well!   Often when I'm out fishing I'm just looking around to see what, if anything, catches my attention and hits me upside the head.  Every moment you're in tells a story, sometimes you can write the story in your head that you want it to tell.  Sometimes its just something fun that you're also a participant in. Sometimes its just pure cuteness overload! Sometimes you're at a party and realize you cant see the fishing pole for the balloons lol Sometimes it is about seeing someone not taking themself too seriously, gotta love that in a person! And from my blackmail files (just kidding Wili) you might catch Wili checking out the ladies! What is the point of this?  Just that sometimes the best gift we can give ourselves is to take a moment and enjoy our fellow fishing folk and the fun, adorable, bizarre things we can all get up to.   Happy fishing!

    Hey there and welcome back! I am so glad you popped by again for a visit and I hope you will continue to do so, each and every week! I always have the kettle on, homemade cookies, alcohol if that is your preference and I can roll ya' a smoke if you like.  So really, there is no question as to why you shouldn't be here every week. My next spotlight is on someone who I am not sure I have ever seen fish to be honest although I am sure they own a rod--maybe?!?! Then again, I tend to be cammed at the ground the majority of the time just trying to stay on!  ;-p  Having said that, they are very active within the community and have some of the quirkiest and creative builds I have seen AND they are located on some of the most prime real estate in SL! In addition to the main blue Buoy, there are 3 red buoys you will find here. There is a group only yellow at The Jetty too.
