Fishing and Finding Hearts

  Sometimes finding someone's heart to tip them back is very easy.  Sometimes its exceptionally difficult.  There is a VERY easy method to doing it though, and I have seen people giving out the instructions for it.  Sadly, as I discussed with Loverly, by the time I get to the second sentence in those instructions...my brain starts bleeding.  Loverly very kindly shared with me a streamlined instructional and I'm sharing here with all of you! First at the top menu bar go to World, Area Search, click the Filters Tab and then follow these pictures: Note that in the above picture Attachments are unchecked in the bottom half and then checked in the top half In the above picture we have clicked on the Find tab and typed in Heart and then after that you hit enter of course And like magic the box fills with the listings of people and their hearts!  Simply pick a line and right click and Touch and you can tip people easily! Making Friends Fishing In a world where many of us navigate social interactions with a touch of awkwardness ( waves...   Hi, I'm Jericho, and I'm a social klutz ), stepping out to forge new friendships or strike up conversations can feel daunting. One of the friends I've made is Kistrel Hawker, an absolutely amazing person. We were fishing at one of Kasabian's spots , quietly enjoying the scenery, when (Wili, don't even try to deny that you have a bit of a twisted, naughty sense of humor) BAM! I fished up an alacrity potion ( yay! ), and as I got hit with it, I exclaimed, "Oh yay, I got hit with Wili's patented golden shower." The next thing I know, Kistrel is spitting up her coffee and laughing so hard. We return to quietly fishing, sharing chuckles, and then BAM! We both nearly died laughing as Kistrel was hit with the "golden shower." Once we managed to regain control of ourselves, I told her that now she would always think of me every ti

There IS Life between fishing spots!

There IS Life between fishing spots! Finding fun things to do that are not actually fishing-related but still support the community can be tough.  Some of the awesome landowners have us covered.  Today's article is on a buoy-free area of Novum International Airport.   We stopped in to pat the plushy and got hooked on a fun round of the SL version of Cards Against Humanity.  There's also a Greedy table and a Cheezy table!  The bar is always open and freshly stocked, and if you look around carefully you might even spot a big name camping out in her tent! The fun doesn't stop there! Upstairs we had fun in the bowling area too. After a few rounds, we watched some movies while others were playing the axe-throwing game downstairs. Everyone just generally had fun! A fun relaxing time that had us laughing ourselves silly and left us feeling refreshed, and gave our poor arms a break from all that casting! Casting Love and Lines The Surprising Romance of Fishing  When thinking of going fishing, one probably wouldn't think "Yeah, let's find a nice romantic place to bring a date...and fish". However hard-core fishing people and their partners or partners to be just might find themselves in such a situation.  Where to go? One of my favorite fishing spots is Extreme.  They do such a lovely job changing it up for the seasons and it's never been less than idyllic in the times I have gone there. I have to admit though, it IS far more romantic and inviting when not set for winter.  A beautiful area to soak up nature in virtual life.  As you cast. hoping to land that big whale of a fish, cast your eyes across the glittering expanse of the lake.  As you watch the gentle wave action you will see small fish playing along the shore.  The glitter of the water as the light of day, or the moon captures one's attention and becomes mesmerizing in its beauty.
