Making Friends Fishing

In a world where many of us navigate social interactions with a touch of awkwardness (waves... Hi, I'm Jericho, and I'm a social klutz), stepping out to forge new friendships or strike up conversations can feel daunting.

One of the friends I've made is Kistrel Hawker, an absolutely amazing person. We were fishing at one of Kasabian's spots, quietly enjoying the scenery, when (Wili, don't even try to deny that you have a bit of a twisted, naughty sense of humor) BAM! I fished up an alacrity potion (yay!), and as I got hit with it, I exclaimed, "Oh yay, I got hit with Wili's patented golden shower." The next thing I know, Kistrel is spitting up her coffee and laughing so hard.

We return to quietly fishing, sharing chuckles, and then BAM! We both nearly died laughing as Kistrel was hit with the "golden shower." Once we managed to regain control of ourselves, I told her that now she would always think of me every time she got a potion; you're welcome. She laughed again—she thinks I'm funny. I love that in a person :).

Yes, even to this day, she laughs when she gets hit with the shower of gold. So, how to make friends while fishing, even if you're the social equivalent of the person who trips on thin air (waves), is to find someone who can listen to you and think, "Hey, that's a nice kind of crazy they've got going," and you just might end up with a great friend, like I have!

    Wili:a twisted, naughty sense of humor...I think thats all he has :P

    As for making friends you have 3 grps
    1: The one that stays in a inner circle and you'll never be part of and/or favorites to some in compare to others.
    2:The ones that are there only for fishing and nothing else and careless to make any friends and/or the ones tring to hookup for a quicky without knowing anything about you(lol)
    3:This is rare! A friend to truely say you are friends with and does things together at times and thats 1 in hundreds :)
