Fishing and Finding Hearts

Sometimes finding someone's heart to tip them back is very easy.  Sometimes its exceptionally difficult.  There is a VERY easy method to doing it though, and I have seen people giving out the instructions for it.  Sadly, as I discussed with Loverly, by the time I get to the second sentence in those instructions...my brain starts bleeding.  Loverly very kindly shared with me a streamlined instructional and I'm sharing here with all of you! First at the top menu bar go to World, Area Search, click the Filters Tab and then follow these pictures: Note that in the above picture Attachments are unchecked in the bottom half and then checked in the top half In the above picture we have clicked on the Find tab and typed in Heart and then after that you hit enter of course And like magic the box fills with the listings of people and their hearts!  Simply pick a line and right click and Touch and you can tip people easily! A great big thanks to Loverly for sharing this streamlined instr

Fishing and returning, Kozmo's Story

Today we are going to get to know Kozmo Reitman just a little bit; here's some of his story! I got started with Fish Hunt in 2022. I fished for a month or so then gave up. I gave up because I didn't understand how any of it worked. Fast forward to 2 years later. I decided to pick up my rod again and give it a shot. I have gotten into the Society stuff and have been rising in the ranks slowly. My overall rank in fishing has gone from 2000 to 900 in a little over 2 months. The difference between 2022 and 2024 is that now I have met people who are friendly and helpful.   I enjoy it a lot more now that I know what it is about and what I need to do to move up in the ranks. For all who have helped me on my journey I thank you. I won't list the names of all as that would be a long list plus I feel that everyone around has helped in some way. Stay tuned to hear more from Kozmo!

A fish, a fish, my kingdom for a fish!

Okay, so it's not quite Shakespeare, and I'm going to hope I'm not the villain in anyone's story. I'm Oliver, of the brand new LGH kingdom Tír Na nÓg, and I'm here today to answer a misleadingly simple question: Why create a Kingdom in the world of Linden Gold Hunt? For those as-yet uninitiated, a "kingdom" is LGH's name for organized groups of players who participate in LGH games such as Fish Hunt, The Society, and others. These kingdoms vary greatly in size and activity, but most share at least one or two main goals - to help one another when it comes to fishing, and making connections with other LGH players in a slightly more intimate fashion than simply chatting in the main LGH groups. There is one built-in mechanic for being part of a kingdom, and that is gaining +10 Royal Points (RP) per fishing cast if you are participating in the weekly Royal Fishing competitions. Every kingdom offers this automatically, and any other perks are created by

Fishing and Finding Family; Smoky

I never imagined that I would find family from fishing.  Truth is I found a whole family, pretty much one at a time, while fishing.  First was my little brother Chanzeonz.  He took me under his wing my first week with LGH and was a HUGE help in getting me denewbed lol.    Next came a chance meeting with Enchante at Thor's place, and if people enjoy this series I will go into that in more detail in a later article, it was during this chaotically fun night that Enchante and I became sisters, and Aki Chi joined the family as well. However, the focus of this article is my brother SmokyTops. I was still relatively new, and skittish having heard the horror stories about rando creepy guys and it was a dark, and stormy night.  From out of nowhere a voice reached across the void (ok he DM'ed me).  Slowly I turned and seriously guys, it was like a frame from a slasher camping film...(I was laughing so hard as I messaged Aki).  There, at the beginning of the dock were three shadowy figu

Favorite Places- Zebria

Zebria 4 is one of the more beautiful places you can find to go fishing. From the small lake you pass on your way to the buoy to the lovely sakura like cherry trees, the gorgeous park like setting complete with picnic area and rugs to lounge on fill you with a sense of tranquility. All of this framed by the majestic waterfalls just past the buoy make for a dramatic, yet serene surrounding.  As you fish keep an eye out for the butterflies flitting about and if you're very lucky you might catch Stitch doing a set at the nearby club after you spook. Grab your favorite people and head on out for a beautiful day of fishing, don't forget to bring some food and drinks and make a picnic of it! And set your environment for midnight for a romantic atmosphere!  http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Fire%20Ridge/19/188/22
