Favorite Places- Zebria

Zebria 4 is one of the more beautiful places you can find to go fishing.

From the small lake you pass on your way to the buoy to the lovely sakura like cherry trees, the gorgeous park like setting complete with picnic area and rugs to lounge on fill you with a sense of tranquility.

All of this framed by the majestic waterfalls just past the buoy make for a dramatic, yet serene surrounding.  As you fish keep an eye out for the butterflies flitting about and if you're very lucky you might catch Stitch doing a set at the nearby club after you spook.

Grab your favorite people and head on out for a beautiful day of fishing, don't forget to bring some food and drinks and make a picnic of it!

And set your environment for midnight for a romantic atmosphere!

The idea is outlined in his book, The Network State: How to Start a New Country . Key Features of a Network State: Digital First : Unlike traditional nation-states, which are defined by physical borders, a network state is primarily digital. It begins as an online community that gradually builds up influence, resources, and recognition. Shared Values and Goals : A network state is formed around a common vision or shared values among its members.
