The 1st rule of Cyber Society is NO KILLING. We know that Google had - Don't be EVIL before they changed to Do The Right Thing but the people who took and take part in that organization still go by don't be evil.
Because in reality NO ONE WANTS TO BE EVIL!
NO KILLING is a very general and far reaching, all including policy / rule!
It includes:
NO DRAMA,
NO NARCISSISTS,
NO NEGATIVITY,
NO DIVISION & SEGREGATION OF HUMANS BY RACE, BY WEALTH, BY BORDERS,
NO TERROR, NO FEAR, NO WALLS,
NO TO: CORRUPTION, CLIENTALISM,
NO TO: POWER TRIPS, MOBBING, DISRESPECT OF FELLOW HUMAN BEINGS,
NO TO DICTATORS & CORRUPT, EVIL LEADERS,
NO ANTI SCIENCE & NO TO STUPIDITY, INDOCTRINATION & MAKING & TREATING HUMANS AS SLAVES!

And many other countless stupid & insane things that are present and prevailing in
today's modern societies which seem to be modern only by names but not
in actual reality.

History teaches that when a dictator Joseph Stalin with help of some ideology killed all the opposition and anyone who had anything smart and constructive to say he did great harm to the society for generations.
KILLING does not lead to anywhere good. Your children will be worse off for generations! Find ways to co-exist with each other!
NO KILLING means that we always have to find constructive ways to move forward together and work together to achieve EPIC GOALS that no individual could ever achieve alone.
ONLY WITH WORKING TOGETHER. EVERYONE ADDING, COMBINING THEIR ENERGY, TIME, EXPERTISE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE CAN BUILD NEW FOUNDATIONS FOR A BETTER SOCIETY WORTHY OF 21st CENTURY.
Don't base your societies on FEAR & TERROR or FORCE. Those are real shitty societies and you won't really enjoy your life in creating, co-creating or living in them. Build the walls around yourself and the sun will not shine its light on you. You will be in dark and you will be NEGATIVE. What consolence is in thinking that at least you're better off than your neighbor. But all around you people are stealing, killing. The society around you degrading and collapsing. CYBER SOCIETY IS NOT JUST AN ORDINARY GAME
Cyber Society is a pioneering experiment with a goal to to create potential foundations of a better society and more appropriate for the cyber era we are entering into.
(We see virtual world as a tool that will change & improve society & social relations on a mass scale)
We want to create a game system that combines the JOY OF PLAYING GAMES (just like millions of people love to level up & progress in their status and position in the communities of massively online role playing games such as for an example World Of Warcraft).
With a main difference that the spoils of achievements and the productive energy of the masses instead of going to a corporation (such as for example BLIZZARD in case of WOW) get shared among the most valuable players who are continuously adding the most value for the growth, safety & well being of Cyber Society. A Society who continuously rewards those who are most responsible for its continuous success & growth.
In Cyber Society we have elections every week. Players are ranked by points (gold points). Players get certain amount of free votes to give and when they vote they get gold points for themselves increasing their own standing in the cyber society. Additionally players can work in different cyber jobs (created to add & create value for the society) to earn more gold points to further increase their standing.
At the end of every week on Sunday the spoils of the whole Society are shared among all the players according to number of total gold points they have.
*There is a 10% automatic decay for all players of their total gold points which ensures that players who no longer participate in cyber society through time lose their standing and at the same time this increases reward for the most active players.
In creating and designing the Cyber Society Role Playing Game we follow a concept of a learning organization. Always committed and dedicated to a continuous improvements. The game is set as a self-improving system managed by humans and semi-automation (scripts), And the goal is organic growth of players who have fun participating and co-creating it. Because its a game we can follow lean & agile methods of building and changing game structures to best fit the growing society according to the needs & interests of the players.
Instead of changing human nature or subjugating it we are building this game in line with it. We're aware that we can not change human nature as it is part of our nature and instead we try to direct it with help of rewards (points & status) towards more productive, less destructive & very constructive ways to build a better human society.
Everyone is invited to participate, grow, level up, rank, increase their status, making friends, learn, gain new skills and experiences in Second Life while adding value to the Cyber Society Game Community.
